To secure your special date - cancellation policy:

• Advance payment due at time of booking and is calculated at half of estimated package price.
• Balance is due 30 days prior.
• No refund will be made inside 30 days of event. Client bears full responsibility.
• Proper notice of cancellation made 31 - 60 days prior to event will be refunded 50% of advance payment.
• Proper notice of cancellation made more than 60 days out will be refunded 75% of advance payment.
• To assure proper credit, cancellations must be received by Elope Mendocino.
• No partial credit will be given for unused sleeping rooms.
• Use of Spencer Hills Home for up to 3 hours.
