A great recipe borrowed from our friends at our favorite restaurant in town, Cafe Beaujolais.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together sugar, oil, eggs, and pumpkin in electric mixture. In a separate bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. Add, a little at a time, the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, alternating with water. Beat after each addition. Stir in nuts and raisins.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min.
Makes 15 muffins
