Pretty darn tasty sausage

Did you know the Joshua Grindle Inn used to strive to serve a Vegan Breakfast? That was some time ago. Since then we have embraced the hog, and on certain mornings and with certain menus we serve a side of pan sausage on request.
We start with choice cuts from Harvest Market at Mendosas. We season it with a low sodium seasoning and have it ground twice to give it a particularly tender bite.
At the inn we scoop and flatten the suasage into individual portions (1 oz) and then season them again with organic salt free seasoning (we like the Kirkland's brand but Mrs Dash is also good).
The sausages are allowed to broil on an aluminum pan in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
The sausages are then put in a glass pan, with a couple of tablespoons of apple cider and allowed to braise covered with aluminum foil in a 200 degree oven until served.
